This year, the buffet celebrates the rich and vibrant culinary heritage of the Nusantara region, featuring a diverse menu inspired by six countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Singapore, and the Philippines. Each dish is lovingly crafted under the expert guidance of Head Chef Firdaus and his talented culinary team at Pawana Restaurant.
Diners can explore 16 unique stalls, offering a wide variety of flavors and culinary experiences. Highlights include a cheese wheel counter, perfect for cheese enthusiasts, and the carving of the day, showcasing a whole lamb roasted to perfection. Malaysian classics such as Nasi Kandar and Laksa Johor pair beautifully with goreng-goreng favorites like keropok lekor, goreng pisang, durian goreng, and cempedak goreng. The Celup Tepung station promises crispy fried delights, including prawns, squid, crab, mushrooms, and ikan kembung.
Signature dishes on the buffet include Ayam Bakar Bumbu Bali, Lele Goreng Berempah, Masak Lemak Urat Keting, Udang Berchilli Petai, Perut Lembu Bakar Berempah, and a selection of vegetables such as Sayur Jawa and Sayur Campur. The Singaporean station offers specialties like Murtabak, Roti John, Oyster Omelette, Fruit Rojak, Soup Tulang Merah, and Chilli Crab.
Thai-inspired dishes include a live Tom Yam station, a variety of kerabu dishes, grilled selections, and desserts like Pulut Mangga, Tao, and Tub Tim Grob. Brunei brings traditional offerings such as Ambuyat, Bamboo Chicken, and an array of local desserts. From the Philippines, diners can indulge in Lumpia, Adobo Chicken, Kare-Kare, Bilo-Bilo, and the ever-popular Leche Flan.
To round off this exceptional dining experience, a variety of desserts and beverages await. Choose from puddings, brownies, and cakes such as Cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge, Green Tea Cake, and Mango Cake, among others.
The Rasa Nusantara 2025 Ramadan Buffet Dinner runs daily from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The price is RM108 per adult and RM68 per child aged 6-12 years. Guests can also take advantage of the early bird promotion, available until 28th February 2025, with a special rate of RM88 per adult and RM58 per child aged 6-12 years.
