Another Ramadhan Buffet 2024 that I would love to share in this blog post, Ketuk-Ketuk Cita Rasa Malaysia by ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri.

To mark the commencement of the upcoming holy month of Ramadhan, ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri showcased its buffet preview for Ramadhan on 5 March 2024. The event was attended by their business partners, stakeholders and media.

The theme "Ketuk-Ketuk Cita Rasa Malaysia" Buffet is inspired by the concept of the traditional mortar or "Lesung Batu" which is popular on Southeast Asia where it is customarily used by village people to saute or mash spices used in preparing various juadah or cooking ingredients.

The kitchen team headed by the hotel's head chef, Chef Azhar has created an extensive range of dishes; to name a few signature dishes including Briyani Kambing, Ayam Pongsu, Sup Tulang Kambing Mat Piah, Laksa Johor, Mee Goreng Mamak Sotong Merah. Menu dishes are rotated daily and never missed out trying the selection of dessert such as traditional kuih-muih, assorted cake and pastries, Pudding and Jelly and even Bubur Pulut Hitam.

The "Ketuk-Ketuk Cita Rasa Malaysia" Buffets starts fro 6.00pm to 9.30pm daily from 15 March 2024 to 8 April 2024. Priced at RM108+ per adult and RM58+ per child (aged 6-12 yeards old) and Senir Citizen. Early Bird Special priced at RM88+ per adult starts from 15 March 2024 to 21 March 2024. Definitely one of the most affordable hotel buffet Ramadhan in Johor Bahru, guests are encouraged to make advance bookings to avoid any disappointments.

The hotel provides prayer faciities for their Muslim patrons and ample of free parking space available.
