For Your Cold :
2 red apples
5 carrots
1 peeled orange


To Energized :
1 cup of spinach
½ a cup of pineapple
1 peeled kiwi
1 cup of almond milk
½ a cup of ice


For Glowing Skin :
1 banana
A handful of blueberries
1 peeled mango
½ a cup of apple juice
½ a cup of ice



To Rehydrate :
2 cups of watermelon
1 cup of pineapple
½ of a squeezed lime



For A Flat Belly :
¼ a cup of pineapple
½ a grapefruit
2 peeled oranges
A sprig of mint
