Morning Yoga Routine



Complete entire sequence on right side of the body and then repeat on the left side. holding each pose for a minimum of 3 breathes
  1. down dog
  2. 3 legged dog + hip opener
  3. low lunge
  4. low crescent lunge
  5. low lunge + side body stretch
  6. side twist
  7. half splits
  8. low lunge + hip opener
  9. side twist + chest expansion
  10. half pigeon
