Method 1 : Using Cinnamon
01. Pour 1 cup of water into a pan
02. Boil some cinnamon sticks in it
03. Strain the cinnamon tea into a glass
04. Add little honey to taste

02. Boil 1 tbsp coriander seeds in it
03. Strain the coriander tea
04. Drink it regularly to reduce your bad cholesterol
